Deadly blast hits Indian train

Six people die in a bomb blast on a passenger train in eastern India.

     Police have stepped up security measures in
    railway stations in India

    The death toll could climb because some of the injured were in serious condition.

    No one has claimed responsibility. Several Maoist groups are active in the area.

     

    Belacoba is a remote town, and information from the scene of explosion was trickling in slowly, police said.

     

    The blast took place early in the evening.
