Thailand's home-grown drink beats Pepsi

Est shoots to second slot in $1.5bn soft drink market, pushing Pespi to third position, six months after launch.

    Thailand’s got a thirst for soft drinks, with its $1.5bn industry, the biggest in South East Asia.

    But a brand war has erupted and a local newcomer to the market has taken the fizz out its international rival Pepsi.
