Rescue teams rummage through debris for bodies after major quake flattened buildings.



    As rescue teams pull mangled bodies and injured people from the debris, the scale of death, destruction and injury caused by a major earthquake in the Indonesian coastal city of Padang is beginning to emerge.

    Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports on the city that is picking up the pieces after the devastation.
