    Fishermen in the Philippines are furious at the government's latest plan to boost the economy.

    The aim is to reclaim land from the sea to relieve overcrowding in the capital Manila and create new sites for factories. 

    But as Marga Ortigas reports, the fishermen fear their livelihood is under threat.
