Deaths in Indonesia dam collapse
Dam wall collapse sends deadly surge of water crashing through Jakarta residential area.

The dam was holding about two million cubic metres of water on the Pesanggrahan river.
The local head of police said it was not clear what has caused the 10 metre high dam wall to fail.
