Obama lobbies Congress to back Syria action

US President seeking to convince Congress for military action, but so far it appears tough.

    The US President, Barack Obama, is lobbying hard to win the approval of Congress for limited military strike against Syria.

    But so far, he doesn’t appear to have the votes he needs.
