California is leading the way in the United States in findings ways to make residences more sustainable.
The state has the most progressive goals in the country, including a plan for all new construction to expend zero net energy by 2020.
A luxury apartment community that is powered by sustainable resources and situated on the University of California campus is proving to be a significant step in the state’s green movement.
