NYC's tallest building takes shape

Topping Empire State building, One World Trade Center Tower now boasts the city's best views.

     

    The new One World Trade Center Tower just topped the Empire State Building as the tallest skyscraper in New York City.

    This new location for the best city view replaces the buildings brought down in the 9/11 attacks.
