Defying gravity through yoga

The new workout is said to decompress your back while hanging upside down.



    Thousands are turning their fitness regime upside down by turning to something called anti-gravity yoga.

    The new workout is said to de-compresses your back when you are hanging upside down - allowing it to lengthen, while improving your posture.
