Former president's chief of staff defends administration's record.



    A long-time loyalist and senior adviser to George Bush, the former US president, has published his memoirs. 

    In his new book, Courage and Consequence, Karl Rove talks about the Bush-era, defending the former president's record on the Iraq war, as well as his own reputation for being a controversial political operator.
