Israeli PM attacks “tryants of Tehran” in a speech to the UN General Assembly.

Binyamin Netanyahu

Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, has launched a scathing attack on Iran’s leaders, calling them the “Tyrants of Tehran”.

In a speech at the United Nations General Assembly, he also said that the most urgent challenge facing the world today is stopping Iran from producing nuclear arms.

Delegates from Iran were absent, as Netanyahu denounced the UN for allowing the Iranian president to speak there a day earlier.
