Video: Crisis over US-Colombia plan

South American leaders declare against the presence of foreign military forces.

    South American leaders have wrapped up an emergency meeting in Argentina.

    The session was called in response to a plan giving the US expanded access to Colombian military bases to fight drug trafficking.

    Meanwhile, the leaders are calling for Barack Obama, the US president, to meet with them to address their concerns about the plan.
