La Gloria, a town just 200 kilometres east of Mexico City, is home to the little boy who many believe was the first person to contract the H1N1 virus.
Also in La Gloria, a pig farm that is owned by the world’s largest producer of pork has come under the spotlight.
The company, Smithfield Foods, has said its farms are virus free, but locals are demaning an independent investigation.
