Felons and ex-felons disenfranchised in US election
The selected states of Kentucky and Virginia currently do not allow felons to cast ballots. That accounts for nearly seven per cent of voting-age citizens.
With Virginia considered a battleground state in this election, the issue has become a hot topic.
