Arrests over Gaddafi-era diplomat's murder

Investigation launched after rights group accuses revolutionary forces of torturing Omar Brebesh to death.

Eight suspects have been detained in Libya in connection with the killing of a diplomat who served under Muammar Gaddafi, the late Libyan ruler.

Human Rights Watch, the UK-based rights monitor, says Omar Brebesh was tortured to death by the revolutionary groups that overthrew Gaddafi last year.

Al Jazeera's Stefanie Dekker reports from Zintan, whose chief prosecutor is investigating the death.
