Zimbabwean PM to boycott cabinet meetings if his MDC is not treated as equal partner.

Morgan Tsvangirai, Zimbabwe's prime minister, has announced he will boycott cabinet meetings with the country's coalition government until his Movement for Democratic Change party is treated as an equal partner.

The announcement came two days after the arrest of one of Tsvangirai's closest aides on charges of terrorism that the MDC says are politically motivated.
