COVID-19 could force about 10 million kids out of school: Report

A report by child advocacy group Save the Children has found that almost 10 million children locked out of school by coronavirus may never go back.

    At least 9.7 million children may never go back to school after COVID-19 shutdowns, according to Save the Children.

    The charity is calling it a hidden education emergency and says girls will be the hardest hit.
