Burundi vote: Political campaigns end ahead of elections

Burundi is pushing ahead with the election despite the coronavirus pandemic.

    Political campaigns in Burundi have ended ahead of Wednesday's general election.

    They have been marred by violence and hate speech with both sides blaming one another.

    And as Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports, health experts are concerned there are not enough restrictions to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
