Malawi protests: 3 rights activists arrested in gov’t clampdown

Demonstrators say last year’s elections invalid; put pressure on President Mutharika to sign election reform bill.

The demonstrators have been calling for new elections after the constitutional court nullified the results of last year’s disputed poll.
