UK to invest in weather supercomputer amid huge flood threats

Hundreds of flood warnings remain in place across the United Kingdom after some areas recorded the highest water levels in 40 years.

Two storms have battered the UK in recent days. Three people have died in a week of surging waves and wind, with one woman still missing.
