UNSC issues statement on Turkey offensive expressing concern, but stops short of condemning Ankara.

    The UN Security Council has held its second closed-door meeting to discuss the latest developments on Turkey's offensive into Syria.

    Members agreed on a brief, joint statement but stopped short of making a collective call for an all-out ceasefire.
