Grenfell fire: Criticism over London Fire Brigade response

Phase 1 of an independent public inquiry into Grenfell fire has accused London Fire Brigade of being 'gravely inadequate'.

    A public inquiry says there were "grave failings" by the London Fire Brigade in its response to a deadly blaze at Grenfell Tower apartment block in 2017.

    The report has found that fewer people would have died if the densely populated building had been evacuated faster.
