UK Queen approves law blocking no-deal Brexit

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth has approved a law blocking a no-deal exit from the European Union at the end of October.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson must now ask for an extension or get a deal.

Earlier he visited Ireland, and made a rare admission that a no-deal exit would be a failure of diplomacy.
