Saudi attacks: World leaders urge restraint

Donald Trump warned Iran that the US is 'locked and loaded' to respond to the attacks on Abqaiq oil facilities but other countries are urging caution.

    The US government says it knows who attacked Saudi oil infrastructure, blaming Iran for it.

    However, Tehran denies it was behind the attacks, claimed by Yemen's Houthi rebels.

    Saudi Aramco says the fires knocked out more than half of its entire daily output - close to six million barrels of oil.
