Haiti protests: Calls for President Jovenel Moise to resign

Weeks-old protests continue over Moise’s mismanagement of economy, with poorest being hardest hit.

Tensions remain high in Haiti as people take to the streets to demand that President Jovenel Moise resign.

They’re angered by what they say is his mishandling of the economy and chronic food and fuel shortages.

But it’s the country’s poorest who are bearing the brunt of the crisis.
