Tanzania fuel tanker explosion: Police launch investigation

Dozens in hospital, many with severe burns, as medics appeal for blood donors.

    At least 60 people have been killed and dozens injured in a fuel tanker explosion in Tanzania.

    It happened in the town of Itigi, northwest of the capital Dodoma.

    People were trying to collect fuel from the vehicle, which had overturned.
