Sudan transition deal to be finalised by Monday

With the internet shut down by the Transitional Military Council, news of the deal spread mostly by word of mouth.

    Opposition leaders in Sudan say the deal announced with the Transitional Military Council (TMC) will be finalised by Monday.

    They have been holding a series of public meetings to explain why they signed the agreement which has been met with both celebrations and scepticism.
