India's 2 million disabled children without schooling

Policing the law to protect disabled people is difficult with the stigma of disability so pervasive in society.

    Parents in India say disabled children are being left behind despite the introduction of laws meant to help their development.

    Millions are still deprived of the most basic education.

    And the stigma that comes with a disability is holding them back even further.
