    President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador of Mexico is proposing to decriminalise all illegal narcotics in an effort to do what has so far proved impossible, ending the drug gang war.

    In the final part of our special coverage marking six months since Lopez Obrador took over, we examine the president's plan.
