Venezuela’s Maduro urges soldiers to fight ‘traitors’

Several people died in the recent protests, hundreds were wounded and more than 200 arrested.

In a display of military support, Venezuela‘s President Nicolas Maduro addressed thousands of soldiers at a military base in Caracas, surrounded by top generals.

He urged the armed forces to fight the “traitors” plotting against him.
