Ukraine-Russia dispute naval case to be heard at UN tribunal

International monitors report regular violations of the truce from both pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian sides.

A decision is expected on Saturday in the naval dispute between Russia and Ukraine.

Russia arrested 24 Ukrainian sailors and seized their ships last November in waters off the Crimean Peninsula.

The hearing is taking place at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg.
