UK: European election campaigns bring Brexit divide to light

Campaigning in the UK for the European elections is seen as a barometer of support - or lack thereof - for Brexit.

    The UK’s parties are in disarray over Brexit, just as campaigning for the European elections gets under way.

    In Britain, the entire exercise is being seen as a barometer indicating support - or a lack thereof - for leaving the European Union.

    Nigel Farage's new pro-Brexit party is leading the polls, while at least five other parties are campaigning to remain.
