After refusing for years, Venezuelans to receive their first Red Cross aid.

The first shipment of humanitarian aid is finally being distributed in Venezuela.

After refusing to accept international humanitarian assistance for years, the government reached a deal some weeks ago with the Red Cross to import and distribute food, medicine and hospital equipment.

But the waiting list is long.
