Mali political crisis: New PM pressured to stop attacks

A new prime minister takes charge in Mali, where people are growing impatient with violence and an economic crisis.

    The new prime minister of Mali is under pressure to stop attacks by fighters linked to al-Qaeda - as well as calming inter-ethnic unrest.

    Former Minister of Finance Boubou Cisse is forming a new government.

    The previous government stepped down last week following widespread anger about the massacre of villagers.
