Public muted on Mueller report, want to focus on economy

As Mueller’s report on possible foreign collusion in Trump campaign comes out, US voters want to move on.

US President Donald Trump has been hitting back at his enemies after the report cleared him of conspiring with Russia.

But many in the general public have not followed the constant speculation and wall-to-wall reporting closely, while others have grown weary of the political infighting.

They want legislators to turn their focus to bread-and-butter issues instead.
