South Korea celebrates first anniversary of Winter Olympics

People and business owners have criticised the failure to maintain some of the facilities at PyeongChang.

    The PyeongChang Winter Olympics were hailed as a big success in paving the way for friendlier relations between South and North Korea.

    But as celebrations begin marking the first anniversary of the games, there's ongoing controversy over the use of the games venues.
