Trump denies report that said he asked Cohen to lie to Congress

The office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller has cast doubt on the report by BuzzFeed.

    US President Donald Trump has denied reports that he had directed his former personal lawyer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about the plans to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.

    The office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who's investigating Trump's 2016 campaign's alleged links to Russia, has cast doubt on the report by BuzzFeed.

    The publication has said it stands by its report.
