Democrats see threat to Russia probe, demand ’emergency hearings’
They’ve demanded hearings in the House to investigate the firing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions by President Trump.
The Democrats have demanded emergency hearings in the House of Representatives, to facilitate an investigation into the sacking of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
They accused President Donald Trump of trying to undermine the special counsel investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.
The White House rejected the allegations.
