Indonesia disaster: 92 people arrested for looting

Some people have become so hungry, they have been looting shops and rummaging through garbage to find something to eat.

    Despite the threat of being shot by the military, desperate people in Indonesia are still scavenging whatever supplies they can.

    Ninety-two people have been arrested for looting, but those affected don't see it as stealing, rather as surviving.
