Venezuela moves to raise petrol price amid crisis
Venezuelans have until the end of the month to register their cars for an unspecified amount of subsidised petrol, before prices go up dramatically for everyone else.

With hyperinflation forecast at one million percent by the end of this year, the government is desperate to find ways to increase revenue and stop a billion-dollar market in oil contraband.
