US: Efforts ramped up against interference in midterm election

US officials say that they are not seeing the same level of interference as the 2016 presidential election, but there are worries more groups may target the US midterm elections.

The White House says it’s ramping up efforts to stop foreign interference in the upcoming midterm elections.

Homeland security and the FBI say they’re doing all they can to deal with anyone trying to influence voters or attack election software.
