Will Danny O'Connor (D) beat Troy Balderson (R) to Ohio congressional seat?

    In the US state of Ohio, Democrats are snapping at the heels of their Republican rivals in a special election for the House of Representatives.

    It's usually a safe Republican seat but the party's candidate only has a small lead; absentee and provisional ballots are not counted yet.
