US election meddling: Trump reverses course again

Trump said he would consider Putin responsible because he is Russia's leader.

    There is even more confusion about what Donald Trump believes, or does not believe, about Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election.

    Trump told US television he did blame Russian President Vladimir Putin.

    The latest twists have seen him at cross-purposes with his aides, and at one point, with himself.
