DR Congo activist: Anti-Kabila protester shot dead

    A funeral has been held in Kinshasa for a political activist shot dead during protests against the president of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

    Joseph Kabila has refused to leave the presidency, even though his official term ended in 2016.
