Russia mourns over many killed in shopping mall fire

President Vladimir Putin has condemned 'negligence' that lead to the deaths of 64 people in a mall fire on Saturday.

    There is grief and anger in a Russian city where a fire at a shopping centre on Sunday killed 64 people - 41 of them children. President Vladimir Putin visited the city of Kemerovo in Siberia and blamed what he called "criminal negligence" for the fire. Exit doors in the mall were blocked and the alarm system was not working.
