Ukraine: Thousands demand return of Saakashvili

Thousands of supporters of the deported former Georgian leader Mikheil Saakashvili have marched through the streets of Kiev, demanding his return.

    Supporters of deported Ukrainian opposition leader Mikheil Saakashvili have marched through Kiev to demand his return.

    Saakashvili was abducted from a restaurant last week. He was thrown into a van and put on a helicopter from Kiev to Warsaw.

    His supporters want him back to contest the presidency.
