2018 Look ahead: Yemenis hope war to end this year

The war in Yemen has pushed the country into the world’s worst humanitarian crisis, with disease, malnutrition and physical danger threatening most of the population.

    The United Nations says that Yemen is in the grip of the world's worst humanitarian crisis, with 21 million people suffering from war and a Saudi-led blockade.

    Yemenis hope that in 2018 they will be able to overcome all the difficulties they suffered in 2017.
