Global protests mark US Jerusalem move

People around the world are protesting in solidarity with the Palestinian people against the US decision on Jerusalem.

    People across the globe have taken to the streets in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

    On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump announced that his country considers Jerusalem the capital of Israel and that it intended to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to the disputed city.

    While Israel hailed the announcement as an historic moment, there's been widespread condemnation of President Trump's declaration.
