Trump kicks off Asia tour in Japan

Trump's Asia tour, the longest to the region of any US president in more than 25 years, will include South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines.

    US President Donald Trump has begun his 12-day tour of Asia in Japan. Trump met Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for lunch and a round of golf. The two are expected to hold talks on Monday aimed at countering North Korea's nuclear threat.

    Trump's Asia tour, the longest to the region of any US president in more than 25 years, will include South Korea, China, Vietnam and the Philippines.
