US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has called for a "credible and impartial" investigation into the Rohingya refugee crisis. He described what happened to the Rohingya at the hands of Myanmar's security forces as "horrific".

All this was said as he stood next to Myanmar's de-facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who called for a peaceful solution.

Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from the capital, Naypyitaw.
